(3) All order sheets of cases dealing with applications for licenses under sections 12
and 16 and cancellation of licences under section 17.
(4) Applications for money-lending licences under section 11.
(5) Affidavits referred to in rule 9.
(6) Records of enquiry under rule 10.
(7) Orders issued under rule 14.
(8) Papers regarding establishment required for the administration of the Bengal
Money-lenders Act, 1940.
(9) Papers connected with the stationery, furniture, accounts and budget.
