worlds collide, it becomes a question of power. The
Globalist notion that man is good contradicts the
Christian teachings that man needs God’s guidance
through his Word to be good.
In the spirit of globalism, Sweden has accepted
more immigrants per capita than any other country.
Immigration can be good for a country; America has
been a success as the world’s melting pot because its
cultural diversity made it vibrant. The migrants were
able to offer a positive contribution to the nation’s
economy and the number of immigrants were not so
large as to destroy the identity of the country. Before
the advent of the large social welfare state, immigrants
had to contribute to society. The effect of immigration
on a nation that has generous welfare programs is a
different thing.
When the media in much of Europe report on
migrant crimes, instead of punishing the perpetrators,
the authorities can prosecute people for hate crimes.
Chapter 15, Section 8 of Sweden’s criminal code
prohibits the expression of “disrespect” towards favored
minority groups. The law carries a penalty of up to four
years of imprisonment. It requires no evidence of
incitement to violence and lacks any objective standard
for identifying “disrespect.”
A Swedish appeals court overturned the convic-
tion of Pastor Ake Green, the first clergyman convicted
under the law, citing free speech protections. The court
sentenced Pastor Green to one month in jail for a
sermon that he preached to his congregation in 2003 on
Biblical texts addressing homosexuality. If a person
