Chapter 2: The Key Players

clueless of the central goals. The ultimate goal is to
promote one leader who will rule the world. The New
World Order dominates the mainline news media
because only if enough people are ignorant of its
                        purpose can it succeed.
The book Report from Iron Mountain, 1967, is
about the New World Order. In 1963, government
insiders met underground in New York State at Iron
Mountain to devise a strategy for social cohesion. The
authors claim that the threat of an external menace is
essential for social cohesiveness and the acceptance of
political authority. War has always been a rallying force
as the foundation of an expansive government. People
will seek security, give up their independence, and
support a larger government if they feel threatened by
an external enemy. The report suggests that a credible
substitute for war is a menacing social enemy like
pollution. If human activity is a threat, then the
                        government must control human activity.

The book claims that revolutionaries must find
fictitious enemies to attain control of the population
without bringing about social disintegration. The
authors advocate blood games for control of aggressive
impulses. The movie “Hunger Games” illustrates these
blood games. The specifics, the how to control human
activity, are presented in the United Nations Agenda 21
and Agenda 2030 discussed later in this book.
Presently, 37 cities on five continents are participating
in The Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities
group. These cities can receive grants from the
Rockefeller Foundation, and it is the first step for the
Foundation to implement Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030
                        worldwide.
