cashless society, the government can track and record
all your financial transactions. Transgression against the
government, real or imaginary, could mean that your
life would be over until you “made good.” When you
buy a cup of coffee, the government knows how many
you drink and from where you drank it.

The Better than Cash Alliance is a partnership of
governments, companies, and international
organizations that accelerate the transition from cash to
digital payments. Based at the United Nations, the
Alliance has more than 50 members. The Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation, Citi Foundation, Ford
Foundation, MasterCard, United States Agency for
International Development, and Visa founded the
organization.

THE TECHNOCRATS

The New World Order embraces the beliefs of
technocracy, which is the science of using technology
to transform society into harmony with nature. A great

M. Wood.

It was Aldous Huxley in his book Brave New
World, 1932, who predicted that society would end in
a scientific dictatorship where unelected officials,
