THE GLOBALISTS

During his campaign, Donald Trump often used
the phrase “Americanism not globalism will be our
credo.” He stated, “The era of economic surrender will
finally be over, we will no longer surrender this country
or its people to the false song of globalism.” We live in
an interconnected world like never before with blurred
boundaries and new socialized networks. Globalists
believe that populist movements, like the Trump
presidency, are only reactionary sentiments that society
will soon outgrow.

President Trump gave a speech in Warsaw,
Poland in July of 2017 where he echoed Cardinal
Ratzinger’s warning to the Western world that it needed
to recognize its shift toward globalism posed a threat to
its survival. Western civilization’s identity lies in
