Description




          DPG approval of new site at fortnightly NSC board meeting.



         DPG Site Acquisitions Surveyor to present cost sheet to franchisee for authorisation. Franchisee agreement of fee expenditure
         required. Prior to any instructions being raised.

          DPG to raise Purchase Orders for legal, planning, architectural, Principal Designer and other services as required.

         Following receipt of measured survey / developer’s drawings and issue of preliminary layout, DPG Project Manager to liaise with
         Franchisee,  Architect,  Principal Designer, Structural  Engineer  (where applicable)  and Principal Contractor  (where known) to
         arrange attendance. Layout plans, position of plant / compressors, shop front / signage details, interior specification, planning
         strategy and budget costs to be discussed and agreed.

          Preliminary layout to be updated following OSBM and re-issued for final approval by franchisee, DPG operations and design
          review panel. Design freeze required prior to progressing to next stage.

          Where required, Architects to develop preliminary layout into full set of planning drawings, including position of all plant/compressors,
          installation of new shop front (where applicable) & any associated external alterations such as changes to windows/doors in connection
          with the proposed use class. Application to be prepared, submitted and monitored by DPG appointed planning consultants.

         Lease exchange by DPG Site Acquisitions Surveyors / Solicitors, subject to planning.



         Planning consultant to circulate copy of approval and advise design team of any conditions which require action to discharge.


          Architects to prepare shop-fit drawings and supporting documentation in relation to Statutory Approval applications.


          Architects to collate relevant information from all parties; then prepare, submit and monitor application to discharge condition(s)
          as required.

         As applicable: Advert consent application(s), Listed Building Consent application(s), Building Regulations application, Landlord
         consent applications, Environmental Health / Licensing application(s)


          Lease completion by DPG Site Acquisitions Surveyors / Solicitors.


          Project to be tendered / negotiated with shop fitting contractor(s) selected from the DPG approved framework.



          Following receipt of all statutory approvals, DPG Project Manager to liaise with Franchisee, Architect, Principal Designer,
          Structural Engineer (where applicable) and Principal Contractor to arrange attendance.

          Orders to be placed in readiness for the project. Principal Contractor to develop the Construction phase health and safety plan
          to an acceptable standard to allow start on site.



          Principal Contractor begins work. Site to be secured and set up as an appropriate work place, including provision of welfare facilities.


          Works to be carried out in accordance with all statutory approvals, construction information and Domino’s shop fitting specification
          / brand guidance.

          Franchisee to agree handover procedure with Principal Contractor including inspection of workmanship, compilation of a defects
          list, final clean down and date for store opening. All test certificates, as-fitted information, building control completion certificates
          and other relevant documents to be provided in the O+M manual and handed over to the franchisee brand guidance.

          DPG Project Manager to inspect work and check that the project complies with corporate / brand standards brand guidance.
