2.6 Counter Doors

Where present, the door from customer waiting
area into kitchen must be:
• solid core
• laminated to both faces with a plain white
finish on the staff side and balance laminate
on the customer side
• contain a vision panel
• installed using 1 ½ hinge sets
• have a s/s or satin annodised aluminium pull
handle and push plate
• have 150mm s/s kick plates to both faces
• soft wood frames finished in RAL 7037 Grey
to bake and serve side and white to the
customer area side
