Introduction
Nowadays school context is very different from the olden day’s school organization. The
school context it is determined by the culture of the area it is situated in and learners’
surroundings together with their family backgrounds. Schools involve community members
(parents), teachers, principals, and school governing body (SGB) regarding management of
them, though nowadays learners’ rights carries a great weight than the educators’ rights in
schools. Then this causes chaos in schools mostly in suburbs as learners are aware that their
rights are more valuable than educators’ rights and corporal punishments is banned. These
learners are way too knowledgeable than rural learners and are also more advantaged in terms
of information sources. Learners are also more addictive to technology and advanced with
using the different tools of technology. Therefore, this is where an ideal teacher fits in to change
the education system for the better and to make teaching relevant to learners’ current issues
while also interesting at the same time.
Thuto-Lesedi secondary school it is a school located at 3844 Nyashego Road in Rockville
section of Vosloorus. It

with a high number of female
staff-members. The school is
located around the residential
houses of Rockville and
350M away from the busy
main road to avoid learners’
disturbance by busy
movements taking place at this road. This is the government school and learners contribute 0%
fees, meaning it is a free public school. Also teaching and learning materials are also provided
by the department.
The school consists of learners from different sections of the suburb with different economic-
socio backgrounds. Some are from the upper class with all the privileges in life, while others
are from the middle-class who can afford the living, and lower class who survives from what
is available to them. The suburb consists of different ethnic groups with different cultures and
religions. Some learners come from fully developed sections and use buses, local mini taxis,
and walk a short distance to reach school while others come from poorly developed sections
(shacks) and walks a long distance to reach the school.
