An Ideal teacher needed for the school I am in.

These are the points that we as a group formed according to our observations during the
seven weeks of our teaching experience, we did at Thuto-Lesedi Secondary school.

• The school needs an ideal teacher that values teamwork and who understand the
importance of teamwork, partnership and collaborativeness, where they can share
ideas and help one another.
• A teacher that is adaptive and flexible, this refers to you as a teacher knowing the

environment you are in, the learners you are teaching and the community as a whole
around you. Once that has been established it becomes easier for you as a teacher
because you will know what you are dealing with and what solutions can you find in
order to have a healthy conducive classroom.
• The school needs a
teacher who is
technologically savvy, a
teacher who
understands that things
have changed, and
learners are constantly
on their phones, so as
a teacher you need to
capitalize on that and
do lesson that are
going to require them
to use those for better
use than just for
meaningless fun.
