• An ideal teacher who understands that learners come from different socio-economic
backgrounds, where you try to close the gap between the learners that are well off
compared to the ones that are not so privileged. For instance, giving them a research
that requires them to google information, those who do not have cell-phones will not
do the task compared to
the ones who have cell-
phones. So as a teacher
you need to be flexible
enough to find ways
where you can bridge
that gap so that every
learner can be able to
do tasks given without
feeling inferior or them
not doing the task
because you made them
feel less important or
better give them a task
that that considers their
surroundings.
• The school needs an
innovative teacher who is flexible, who is not boxed and who is develop on only
themselves but the community they find themselves in.
• The ideal teacher that the school needs is someone who knows that the work of a
learning extends outside the
classroom, meaning that
teaching does not only happen
in the classroom, teach them
outside their comfort zones so
they can be able to broaden
their minds and they can learn
a lot from the environment
they find themselves in.
