38.4 The student who has received the approval for cross institutional study must
follow the regulations of the related institution.
38.5 It is the responsibility of the student to make sure that the cross-institutional
study transcript shall be directly sent to the Vice-President of Academic of Affairs of Thai-Nichi
Institute of Technology so that the transfer of credits can be processed properly.

All parties involved are hereby informed accordingly.
