4.6 The student must not bring all types of substances prohibited by law including
liquor, alcoholic beverage, or drugs into the area of the Institute, and must not be alcoholic, or
addicted to liquor, intoxicant and other narcotics.
4.7 The student must entirely not steal or, under no circumstances, have article
derived from theft, or perform any act as incitement, instigation, and support for theft occurrence.
4.8 The student must not get into or conspire to commit criminal offence causing
damage to the Institute’s reputation. The student who is involved in or acts as troublemaker,
resulting in receiving indictment notice from the administrative official or police, must immediately
report the said circumstance to his/her faculty advisor.
4.9 The student must not perform or presage any commitment that he/she is the doer
or leader, or attempt to perform or perform by any means which is an instigation to perform acts that
cause damage to formality and discipline as well as peace, prosperity and honor of the Institute.
4.10 The student must not act or attempt to act or act by any other means in
persecution, or taking part in quarrel or assaulting anyone, resulting in any damage to body, mind,
freedom, reputation and right, or persecution causing unrest.
4.11 The student must behave himself/herself in a manner that is of gentlefolk if
going in the communal place or public place. The student is prohibited to recklessly joke or be rude.
Words and manner in mimic of someone must be polite and appropriate in accordance with the
dignity and reputation of the Institute.
4.12 The student must not be in the area of the Institute later than 24.00 hrs. and is
prohibited to stay overnight in the Institute unless receiving approval of the Institute on certain
occasion such as events or activities that require overnight stay.
4.13 The students who intend to travel to upcountry for doing collective student
activity shall firstly propose the project to the person in charge of Student Affairs Division for
consideration and examination and recommend to get approval from the authorized person. The
departure for upcountry shall be after receiving the approval.
4.14 The student who intends to organize or perform any event or shows in public
space in the name of the student of the Institute shall propose to project to the person in charge of
Student Affairs Division to proceed to get approval from the authorized person before such
performance is organized.
4.15 The student who intends to publish books, textbooks or any printed matters must
propose to the person in charge of Student Affairs Division to proceed to get approval for
publishing.
