6. The students must dress properly and appropriately in accordance with the Thai-Nichi
Institute of Technology’s Regulation on Student Uniform and Dress Code B.E. 2553.
7. The students are prohibited to use the restroom during taking the exam.
8. The students are prohibited to bring cellphone or any communication tools into the
examination room. If he/she violates this rule, the Institute may consider as suspicious of fraudulent
act.
9. If the student brings any personal item, the item(s) must be placed inside the examination
room at the front of the room.
10. The student is prohibited to bring textbooks, lecture notes, documents, calculator,
equipment, or other materials that contain formula or symbols in relation with the content of the
course into the examination room unless allowed by the instructor of that course.
11. The students are responsible for bringing their own necessary stationery that is related
to the examination such as pen, pencil, eraser, ruler, or protractor and he/she is not allowed to
borrow any materials from other students unless approved by the invigilator.
12. The students are responsible for checking examinee list, exam room’s layout, and seat
number in front of the examination room.
13. Before entering the exam room the student must show the student ID card, or citizen ID
card, or other ID card issued by government agency to the invigilator, and shall place the ID card on
the desk throughout the examination period.
In case the student does not have any ID card, he/she shall contact the Registrar or Exam
Center to receive authentication and fill-in the Permission Form to show to the invigilator before
enter the examination room.
14. The student must enter the examination room immediately after the starting signal. In
the case the student shows up at the room later than 30 minutes after starting time, he/she is not
allowed to enter the examination room and shall be deemed as absent for that subject.
15. After the students enter the examination room, he/she must sit at their designated seats.
16. After seating in the examination room, the student must check whether his/her
examination paper is complete and in good condition, such as number of questions, pages, and
answer sheets. If it is not a complete exam paper, he/she must inform the invigilator and request for
change of examination paper before starting to write the answers. The student shall carefully read
the instructions or conditions stipulated on the front page of the exam paper.
