17. The student must write his/her name, surname, ID number, section, and other
statements required by the responsible instructor on the answer booklet and/or the answer sheets
completely and clearly.
In the case that instructor of that course requires the student to write the answers in the
examination paper or answer sheets, he/she must write his/her name, surname, and ID number on
every page, but must not start doing the examination before starting time.
18. The students are prohibited from putting anything on the desk except the necessary
stationery, the student ID card, citizen ID card, other ID card issued by governmental agency or
Permission Form.
19. After starting time elapses for 30 minutes, the invigilator will start checking the ID of
all exam candidates and requesting the student to put the signature on the “Exam Candidate
Signature Form.”
20. During the examination, the student is prohibited to talk to or communicate with others
or disturb other students.
21. In the case that the student does anything to disturb or annoy other students, the
invigilator has the authority to warn, change the seat, or bring that student to the Exam Center.
22. During the examination, the student is prohibited from doing suspicious act of
conducting a fraudulent act, the invigilator has the power to investigate the matter at hand.
23. In the case that the student does suspicious act of conducting a fraudulent act, the
invigilator has the power to warn them and may change the seat for them to prevent the cheating.
24. In the case that the invigilator has found an evidence of cheating, the invigilator can
stop the student from doing the exam and bring him/her to the Exam Center along with the evidence
for further action as stated in “Announcement on Guideline for Disciplinary Action on Examination
Cheating or Misconduct B.E. 2550”
25. If the student want to request for an additional answer booklet, answer sheet, or there is
any doubt concerning the examination, he/she shall raise the hand and ask the invigilator only.
26. The student can leave the examination room only after 45 minutes has elapsed from the
starting time, even he/she has finished the exam.
27. In case that the student wants to deliver the answer booklet and answer sheet before the
end of the scheduled time, he/she shall raise his/her hand and wait at the desk for the invigilator to
collect the exam paper, answer sheets or answer booklet.
28. After the time is up, the student is not allowed to make any further writing.
