11. For the student who commits disciplinary offence before effective date of this
Regulation:
11.1 If the student is yet to be punished, the rules and regulations of the Institute at the
time shall be applied.
11.2 If the prior regulations of the Institute or any rules of the regulations are more
beneficial for the student, the said regulation or rules shall be applied.
12. If any regulation is unclear in interpretation, the President shall make the final
decision.
13. The President shall be in charge hereunder and have the power to issue announcement,
order or formulate guideline to be in line with the intent hereof.
