                               5.  Disciplinary punishment includes the following.
                                   5.1  Warn, discipline, or inform the parents in writing;
                                   5.2  Put on probation;
                                   5.3  Deduct behavioral points;
                                   5.4  Put on suspension;
                                   5.5  Forfeit the right to sit for final examination;
                                   5.6  Deprive of the right of academic degree’s inception upon graduation;
                                   5.7  Dismiss from the Institute.
                               6.  Any  student  who  commits  the  offence  stated  in  Clause  4.1-4.15  shall  be  punished
                        appropriately for the  seriousness of the  case ranging from warning,  disciplining, or informing the
                        parents in writing, probation, behavioral points deducting, putting on suspension, forfeit the right to
                        sit  for  final  examination,  depriving  of  the  right  of  academic  degree’s  commencement  upon
                        graduation, to dismiss the student from the institute.
                               7. In case that the punishment of offender is considered to be serious, ranging from study
                        suspension, forfeiting the right to sit for final examination, deprive of the right of academic degree’s
                        inception upon graduation, to dismiss from the institution, if the case is not evident the President or
                        the person authorized by the President shall appoint an Investigation Committee to examine the case.
                        After that, the investigation result shall be proposed to the President or the person authorized by the
                        President for further action.
                               8.  For acquisition of facts, circumstances and evidences related to disciplinary offence and
                        for  testifying  the  said  disciplinary  offence,  the  Investigation  Committee  shall  have  the  following
                        power.
                                   8.1  Call for examination and collect evidences connected to disciplinary offence;
                                   8.2  Call  and  investigate  the  student  who  commits  disciplinary  offence  or  other
                        person who is deemed to be related to the offence;
                                   8.3  Punish  the  student  who  resists,  fails  to  co-operate,  gives  false  statement,  or
                        conceals fact to the Investigation Committee as disciplinary offender.
                               9.  Any student who is ordered for disciplinary punishment that leads to dismissal from the
                        institute under 5.7, shall have the right to appeal by lodging the appeal in writing to the President.
                        The said student is able to appeal for himself/herself only and unable to appeal in lieu of another
                        person or entrust other person to appeal in lieu of him/her. The appeal shall be submitted within 30
                        days from the informed date of the order.
                               10. The punished offender under 5.7 will lose the right to re-admit into the Institute.
