on Student Uniform and Dress Code B.E. 2553 (A.D. 2010)
Student Dress Codes and Uniforms
For orderliness and to create proper image of undergraduate students, the Thai-Nichi
Institute of Technology Council, authorized under the Private Institution of Higher Education Act
B.E.2546, has resolved to issue the regulations covering student dress codes and uniforms at the

Meeting No. 28-1/2553 on the 11 January 2553 as follows.
1. This regulation is called: “The Regulation of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology on
Students Uniform and Dress Code B.E. 2553”
2. This regulation shall come into effect from the day of announcement.
3. The regulation covering dress codes previously announced shall continue to be in effect,
this regulation adds more details to clarify specific points.
4. Undergraduate Student Uniform
4.1 Regular Attire
4.1.1 Male student uniform consists of:
- Plain white button-up shirt that is not too sheer, either long or short
sleeves with less than 1cm. diameter for each button, and the hem tucked
into the trousers.
- Navy blue necktie with the width of 6 cm. with the Institute’s emblem
brooch.
- Plain black trousers (slacks) that are not too tight and no jeans are
allowed
- Black leather belt with the width of 3 cm. and the Institute’s emblem
buckle.
- Shoes and socks: plain black formal shoes, formal black or dark brown
socks with no pattern.
4.1.2 Female student uniform consists of:
- Plain white button-up collared blouse that is not too sheer with 5 metal
buttons and the Institute’s emblem, above-elbow-length sleeves, no tight
seam, and the hem tucked into the skirt.
- Plain black skirt, knee-length long, but not more than 2 inches above
knees and no jeans are allowed.
