Regulation of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
on Student Discipline B.E. 2553 (A.D. 2010)

1. This regulation shall be called the “Regulation of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology on
Student Discipline B.E. 2553”.
2. This regulation shall enter into force from the following date of the announcement date
onwards.
3. In this Regulation;
Institute means Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
Faculty means Academic faculty with affiliated students
President means President of Thai-Nichi Institute of
Technology
Student means Student of the Institute
Investigation Committee means Investigation committee for disciplinary
offence
4. For preservation of orderliness and honor of the Institute, and for proper behavior and
study attention of all students, the students must conduct themselves in accordance with the
provision in Section 15 of the Regulation Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology on the Education
System For Undergraduate Students B.E. 2549 (A.D. 2006) regarding Manner and Behavior of
Students as follows.
4.1 The student must strictly observe the rules and regulations of the Institute or the
rightful order of the instructor and officer of the Institute.
4.2 The student must properly dress in accordance with rules and regulations of the
Institute. If it is the closing office hours, the student who intends to enter in the area of the Institute
must dress properly and neatly. Furthermore, the student must carry Student Identification Card
every time of entry to the Institute.
4.3 The student must perform courteously and respect the instructors and the elders.
4.4 The student must strictly not gamble or involve under no circumstances
themselves in gambling or having gambling equipment under possession.
4.5 The student must not carry weapon, or have weapon or article under possession
to be usable as weapon, or may use as weapon inside the area of the Institute.
