                       3. Classification of examination cheating and punishment are defined as follows.
                          3.1  The first type
                              3.1.1  The  student  cheats  or  tries  to  cheat  on  examination  by  bringing  into  the
               examination room the articles such as textbooks, notes, documents, communication devices or any
               other articles with clauses related to the examination subject, without a written  permission of the
               lecturer or faculty in charge of the course  shown on the examination paper, whether or not those
               items are taken out for use.
                              3.1.2  The  student  cheats  or  tries  to  cheat  by  sending  any  document  or  clauses
               related to the examination subject to other person for copying; or by copying answers or clauses sent
               by other person by any means, including other similar attempts even though the documents are not
               sent to each other.
                              3.1.3  An imposter examinee sits in the exam in subject with or without-credits.
                              3.1.4  Any other acts deemed by the invigilator as cheating or an attempt to cheat.
                              The student shall be punished in accordance with one or several terms resolved by
               the Examination Disciplinary Committee as follows.
                              1)   Fail the course in which cheating is committed (grade “F” symbol shall be
                                  recorded),  and  imposed  withdrawal  of  all  other  courses  enrolled  in  the
                                  semester  of  which  cheating  is  committed  (grade  “W”  symbols  shall  be
                                  recorded).
                              2)   Suspend  the  study  in  the  following  semester  for  one  semester  excluding
                                  summer session.
                              3)   Dismiss  the  student  from  the  Institute  in  the  semester  of  which  offence  is
                                  committed upon approval of the President.
                          3.2 The second type
                              The  student  causes  problems  in  the  examination  but  is  not  considered  cheating,
               such as bringing the examination paper out of the room, or making noise or disturbing other person
               during taking examination, etc., the invigilator shall warn or move the examination seat. If the said
               action  reoccurs,  the  invigilator  with  the  consent  of  the  chief  of  invigilators  can  terminate  the
               examination of that student, and record the incident in the Examination Cheating Report and submit
               to  Examination  Disciplinary  Committee  to  determine  the  punishment  on  one  or  several  of  the
               followings.
