                                          33.1.2  The students must earn the required credits within 4 academic
                                                years. Taking a leave of absence shall be counted as part of academic
                                                period in the duration of study, except taking a leave of absence for
                                                joining Student Exchange Program that approved by the Institute.
                                    33.2  Second-Class Honors recipients must have the following qualifications:
                                          33.2.1  Students who are eligible for the Second-Class Honors have to
                                                achieve the GPAX of 3.25 or higher but not over 3.49, given that
                                                there is no “F” or “U” in any subjects taken, never repeat registration
                                                of any subjects under Clause 11.9 and Clause 26, and earned not
                                                more than 150 credits.
                                          33.2.2  The students must earn the required credits within 4 academic

                                                joining Student Exchange Program that approved by the Institute.
                                    33.3  Transfer Student, Second Degree Student, Cross-Institutional Student,
                        and students enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program for diploma holders are not eligible to
                        receive the Honors Degrees except for the student with transferred credits from an exchange
                        program approved by the Institute.

                                34. Awarding of Diploma
                                The students who want to receive a diploma must have the following qualifications:
                                    34.1  Have good conduct, suitable for the diploma awarded, and have no
                        outstanding financial obligation to the Institute.
                                    34.2  Complete all credits required by the Bachelor’s degree program and file
                        for graduation while maintaining over all GPAX under Clauses 32.2 and 32.3 but not lower
                        than 1.75.
                                35.  Degree Approval
                                    35.1  Typically, the Institute Council shall convene to approve awarding of
                        degrees 3 times a year which are at the end of 1  regular semester, 2  regular semester, and

                                    35.2  The Institute shall hold a commencement ceremony once a year and the
                        details shall be announced accordingly.
                                    35.3  Those who want to receive the degrees shall follow the Graduation
                        Application processes announced by the Institute.
