Section 16: Cross-Institutional Study
36. Cross-Institutional Students mean students of Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
who enroll in courses at other domestic or foreign higher educational institutions or students
from other institutions who enroll in courses at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology to receive
the academic transcript record for credit transfer.
37. Students who are eligible to enroll courses at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology
must have the following qualifications:
37.1 Studying at other higher educational institution in Thailand or foreign
country.
37.2 The students have to submit a request to the Office of the Registrar no
less than 2 weeks before the semester begins to ask for an approval from the Vice-President of
Academic Affairs.
37.3 Those who have received an approval to enroll, must pay the relevant fees
as stated in the related Institution’s announcements.
38. Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology’s students who want to enroll courses at
other higher educational institutions must have the specified qualifications and observe the
following rules:
38.1 The students enroll in the last semester to complete the requirements of
the program but the Institution does not open the specific required course(s) in that semester.
The students who have been permitted to join the exchange program but cannot follow the
study plan in the curriculum, are also eligible.
38.2 The institution concerned shall be certified by the Ministry of Education
or recognized by the Office of Civil Service Commission if located abroad.
38.3 Students who want to apply for cross institutional study must submit the
request at the Office of the Registrar no less than 2 weeks before the semester begins to ask
for an approval from the Vice-President of Academic Affairs.
38.4 The student who has received an approval for cross institutional study
must follow the regulations of the related institution.
