CBX40 AeroBeam™ Slider Suspension
The CBX40 AeroBeam slider suspension is
lighter - shaving 85 pounds off the previous
model. It is tougher, due to sixteen
strategically-placed reinforcements that improve
resistance to damage caused by curb strikes, slider reposition,
and drag turns. And it is more versatile than ever as the shocks
have been conveniently relocated into the middle of the
suspension beam, leaving additional room for the installation of
air tanks, brake valves, tire inflation equipment,
and AVS modules.
Backed by an industry-leading warranty, the all-new
CBX40 and CBX23 AeroBeam™ air suspension series
CBX23 AeroBeam™ Fixed Frame Air Suspension
provides the optimal balance of strength and weight
For weight-sensitive tanker and flatbed trailer applications, for ultimate performance.
SAF-HOLLAND offers the CBX23 AeroBeam fixed frame air
suspension system. The CBX23 AeroBeam is now the lightest air
suspension in the industry, 45 pounds lighter than the previous
model. Standard features include heat-treated alloy suspension
beams and 80 KSI frame brackets. This model can be adapted to
a wide range of trailer chassis with multiple frame bracket styles,
including weld-on taper top, weld-on with wing, and bolt-on.

Both the CBX40 and CBX23 AeroBeam suspensions both feature
SAF-HOLLAND innovations such as our patented SwingAlign™
axle alignment, Black Armour corrosion protection
®
treatment, Auto Posi-Lift™ axle lift technology,
SAF signature 5¾ inch axles, and optional
P89 Series disc brake technology.
