               Task 31: Report lost & found items in guest room/public area
                         OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                1.  Secure items left by the guest.          All found items are declared to the MC within five (5) minutes after
                                                             recovering them.
                2.  Identify  if  item  is  perishable,  non-perishable  or
                    valuable.                                L&F form is pre-numbered and accomplished in duplicate.

               Task 32: Accomplish Room Attendant’s Productivity Report
                         OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                1.  Secure a Room Attendant’s Productivity Report Form  All  duty  RA  shall  accomplish  and  submit  a  Room  Attendant’s
