Task 31: Report lost & found items in guest room/public area
OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARD(s)
1. Secure items left by the guest. All found items are declared to the MC within five (5) minutes after
recovering them.
2. Identify if item is perishable, non-perishable or
valuable. L&F form is pre-numbered and accomplished in duplicate.

3. Call Helpdesk to check if the guest/ owner is still in the Duplicate – MC copy

4. Proceed to FO and endorse item to Helpdesk. Lost and found form must be readable/ visible from outside of the
