causing confusion or distracts the attention of fellow workers
4.16 Participating in loud and heated verbal arguments during official working and/or
within Company premises which disturbs the work of others C
4.17 Using indecent, abusive, derogatory, or indecorous language while on duty or C
within Company premises
4.18 Coercing, bribing, or inducing others to violate Company rules

memorandum, report, inquiry, or investigation conducted by the Company C
4.21 Gambling, placing or collecting bets or lottery or participating in any game of C
chance, during official working hours, or within Company premises
4.22 Entering Company premises in drunken condition or drinking liquor or C
intoxicating beverages within Company premises or job site
4.23 Unauthorized entry into restricted area or areas off limits to the employees
concerned and/or unauthorized use of such places; also assisting another C
person to commit this act
