The cub fur is longer and thicker with less define spots than the adult fur. The cub will follow the
               mother on her hunts at the age of 3 months. The young will stay with the mother for 18 to 24
               months. The mortality rate for the cubs in the first year is 41-50%. Large baboons, tigers, lions,
               hyenas, bears and wild dogs can kill leopard cubs or even adult leopards. Crocodiles can kill any size
               leopard.
