               Sales Dashboard tracks BD overall performance. Key metrics include outreach, pitched &
               signed. BD Project Tracker captures individual BD and team project description and progress
               - moving to Asana in 2018.


               Weekly



                   -   BD weekly - A weekly catch up meeting to discuss team projects, sales updates


               Monthly


                   -   Commercial Team Meeting - A monthly sit down meeting to discuss team projects,
                       sales updates
                   -   Monthly Overview - A monthly email sent to entire team with a round up of shops
                       signed, number of pitches, leads imported, funnel, campaigns and roadshows, lead
                       conversion by month analysis
                   -   Cohort Report - how new boutiques have performed
                   -   Boutique NPS
