How to create an invoice in Xero

1. Sign in to Xero ​https://go.xero.com/AccountsReceivable/Edit.aspx
2. Add new shop as new contact
3. Select ‘Trouva Joining fee 150’ from Branding drop down
4. Edit Description with ‘Trouva Onboarding Fee(payment accepts T&C's)’
5. Enter Qty = ‘1’
6. Enter unit price = ‘150’
7. Delete account text
8. Select ‘20% (VAT on Income)’ from the Tax Rate drop down

9. Save
10. Click to open, Print PDF, Save As (Save as boutique name and invoice number)

Update Podio info

- Switch status to ‘Signed’
- Enter Invoiced Date
- Enter Invoice Number
- Signup Fee Offered
- Commission Offered
- Signed Date
- No of Products
