e) Podio Pipeline & Key Fields


               Purpose


               BD Execs use Podio to manage their individual pipelines. The funnel includes all active leads:
               approved, outreach, dialogue, invoiced plus any re-engage leads that the BDE has specific
               reason to get back in contact with after a period of time.


               Important fields to edit:


                  -    BDE outreach date
                  -    Next action date
                  -    Pitch date
                  -    No. of Products
                  -    Invoiced Date


               How to create and customise a view of your pipeline. Sort by Next Action Date to manage
               workflow.


                   -   Go to ​Retail Leads in Podio
                   -   Click your ‘Name’ active funnel
                   -   A-Z (Sorting) switch view (current setting: Next action date, oldest first)  Spanner
                       (Options) select the fields that you would like to be displayed

                   -   Funnel (Filters) you can pull in additional fields ie. Status = signed


               Best practice:


                   -   Cc ​F0U.CRM@globimail.com​ on all customer emails as this feeds into Podio page
                   -   Paste important emails into Podio that are sent from boutiques as these are not
                       captured via the Cc method
                   -   Log meeting notes, key information and next actions
                   -   Google maps should be used to access your funnel and plan BD mini-roadshows
