Considering the context of the school

that has been analysed above, we

believe this is the ideal teacher the
school needs; to be an ideal in this

context means meeting the teaching

and learning requirements at all times.
An ideal is expected to have a clear

vision on how to execute the teaching,
learning and assessment goals that

has set to be achieved for both the
leaners and the teacher. In order for

the vision that a teacher has for

leaners a teacher needs to have
passion for teaching. When a teacher

is passionate about teaching and
achieving the goals that have been

set, learners are always enthusiastic to
learn because of how the teacher oozes

with passion and liveliness therefore

leaners are willing to learn.

Pedagogy is a fundamental
instrument in the praxis of teaching

and learning. In this context, the
pedagogy must be refined,

transformed and modified. Since the
school has no technological tools, it

is difficult to incorporate some 21
century skills like Information
Communication Technology (ICT).
