Having an ideal teacher who can improvise by using the acquired knowledge and skills
such as the shoe string approach to solve the problem of not having technology in the
schools to make technology accessible to learners.
The ideal teacher often adapts his pedagogy based on the resources at his disposal,
and they can manipulate the resources to their own advantage, for example; the
redundant plastic bottles can be used for science experiments and newspapers can
be used for reading in English classes. The pedagogy of an ideal teacher should
enable learners to acquire, evaluate, judge, critically think and draw their own
conclusions without the assistance of the teacher. An ideal teacher is an inclusive
teacher and uses inclusivity to cater for multiple intelligence of learners.
