Use Case 3-1:
Worker at the car park outside the office
Vinay wrap up his day of work. Using the smart space mobile application, he check-out from the open
workspace. As he releases the workspace, the video phone on the desk re-stores to the rogue
extension to prevent mis-use.
At the car park, he realizes that he has not reserved a meeting room for tomorrow’s team meeting and
scheduled the webex meeting to allow his remote team members to participate in the meeting.
Although he is not connected to the office wi-fi network, using the smart space mobile application over
3G/4G, with a few clicks, he is able to easily look up the availability of the rooms with Telepresence’s
facility for the desired timeslot. He adds in the attendees, check the box to include Webex’s meeting
and submit the room reservation.
He receives an email notification confirming the room reservation shortly.
