Use Case 4-1:
Workspace Reporting

Shree is the Workplace Resource Manager. She would like to know the workspace utilisation for the
day.
She walk up to the kiosk, click on the “Summary” button. From the kiosk dashboard, she is able to see
the number of workspaces available and occupied on each level. She is also able to see the last 12-
hours check-in count to the space and the last 24 hours room utilisation.
She is also able to request her IT team to pull out the workspace utilisation reporting from the server
application.
In addition, she is also able to log in to the Cisco Mobility Experience Portal to view the heat map of the
congregation of people and devices at the workplace.
