1. How do I know what I’m going to be paid?

      i. Monthly report from HCS provider (5th of Month)
      ii. Shows name of customer, # end users, duration, license type

             • 2 parts: 1. Customers sold (contract signed), 2. Users activated

      iii. Contractually obliged to provide report

           • Monetary Rebates –similar to VIP
           • Plus Marketing Development Funds

2. What if HCS provider offers discounts?

      • Makes no difference – standard comp rate, paid in full - Worldwide

             • Partner offers long term contract discount = full commission
             • Partner offered FOC = full commission
