HCS Considerations

                        Cisco Cloud Resellers are now engaging with Cisco Powered

                               Cloud providers, but need to clearly understand which services
                               opportunities are delivered via the provider.

                        According to several Cisco Resellers interviewed, the market

                               for HCS has been slower than IaaS, but the opportunity
                               pipeline for 2014 and beyond appears to be growing

                        Integrations with Workforce solutions, Google and Microsoft

                               apps, Jabber and other back office financial systems
                               represents a significant opportunity for HCS resellers.
