Your First Time at the Equestrian Store as an Owner
Boots
Buying a pair of front and hind boots is a must especially if you own a show
jumping horse. Although protective boots seem expensive, investing on high
quality boots is totally worth it as they protect your horse’s lower legs during
riding, and help absorb some of the shock your horse gets on his legs while jum-
ping. Some of them are designed with a ventilation system and breathable mate-
rials to keep your horse’s legs as cool as possible, which is beneficial as it helps
prevent inflammation during hard work. (Miller, 2015).
