BENEFITS
Following a training program is very beneficial
because it is more specific to your goals and
gives you a visual mapped out plan on how to
get there.
Note: I've said this before, but just thought I'd
reiterate it once more. It is super important to
warm up properly before your workout and to
also cool down afterwards. Why? Because you
need to physically and mentally prepare your 39
body for the work to come, get the blood
flowing and also afterwards, you need to allow
your body to relax and release muscle tension.
Building muscle also builds curves, so every
woman out there, don't be afraid of lifting!
