Teshia’s practice focuses on counseling special purpose
districts, including municipal utility districts, in her role as
general counsel and bond counsel. She has also assisted
clients with transportation projects involving local
government and State agencies. Teshia further brings to her
practice skills previously learned as a senior consultant in
technology and business and as a litigator.
