about the world is worthless, and all such boasting is evil.

The next verse in 4:17 says, Anyone, then, who knows
the good he ought to do and doesn’t do it, sins. What we
should obey God according to the Word of God is the good to
humans, but it says that is a sin if we do not act even though
we know it. Now, we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, come

out of the world, and go to the way of the kingdom of heav-
en. We have the world left behind us and are to go forward
the kingdom of God the Father with the Holy Spirit. However,
if you, who are going forward to the kingdom of the Father,
still have any regret about the world and have any obsession

and greed in your heart, you can never, never enter into the
kingdom of God. Although you can come to the church and
sit down, or do many activities hard in the church, you can-
not go forward to the spiritual kingdom of God. You cannot

understand the spiritual things, nor be realized it.

In Luke 17:32, Jesus told us to Remember Lot’s wife who
had regrets about the world and looked back, then who be-
came a pillar of salt. He told us to think of Lot’s wife whom

He showed as a pillar of warning that we would be destroyed
with the world together if we had regrets about the world.

And He continued to say in the next verse, Whoever tries
to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will
preserve it. He says that if we try to keep our life as if our
