can be toxic to our body! These toxic effects can originate from 7 stressors including infections
(i.e. bacteria by-products), electromagnetic fields (i.e. mobile phones), chemicals (additives,
pesticides), trauma (i.e. early childhood abuse or car accident), mental stress, nutrients
imbalance (i.e. nutrients deficiency), and activity imbalance (i.e. too little or too much exercise).
These 7 stressors have proven to deplete our energy levels, increases oxidative stress, and
inflammation that can not only lead to weight loss resistance.
Have you experienced that no matter what you do you just can’t lose the weight? Or you lose the
weight and then gain it all back shortly? Or you lose the weight but also the muscle with it
resulting in being skinny but fat in the belly (what I call skinny fat)? I have experienced all these!
Losing weight is not as simple as just eating less or exercising more. If your organs are not
“programed” to lose fat, you will face weight loss resistance and have a hard time losing fat. Let
me tell you a secret - all 7 Stressors discussed influences your DNA or/and hormones to not
cooperate with your body to cleanse toxins, lose fat, and gain muscle appropriately!
Also, any stressors can make other stressors more pronounced. Have you had a time when you
were sick from an infection (such as a flu) that caused increased mental stress? Vague signs of
increasing toxic load includes fatigue, insomnia, body aches, headaches, brain fog, constipation,
and bad breath.
We usually do not have obvious (clinical) signs (recurrent
headaches, muscle aching and weakness, paresthesias and
neuropathic pain, recurrent infections, and infertility) and
symptoms from these stressors until they sprout up on the surface
and cause 6 foundational health issues (gut dysfunction, low-
grade chronic metabolic acidosis and fluid electrolyte imbalance,
loss of lean body mass, chronic inflammation and unbalanced
immune system, insulin/cortisol Insensitivity, and nutrients
imbalance).
These 6 foundational health issues can also potentiate the effects
of stressors and other foundational health issues. A combination
of your stressors, foundational health issues, and genetics can
lead to what the doctor call a “dis-ease” state. This is when the
toxic load of the body is too much to handle and you are in break-down (catabolic) mode,
resulting in loss of lean body mass and fat gain (a picture of a skinny fat person). It has been
suggested that toxic overload contributes to more serious conditions such as autoimmunity,
inflammatory/rheumatoid arthritis and neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s and
Alzheimer’s. You then feel like your age is coming as your metabolism slows down as well…
