Course Structure
To do first before week 1: You have learned the need for detoxification, and will understand
the course structure. You will also receive 12 Easy Superfoods Smoothies Recipes used to
make your simple shakes throughout this program.
➢ You will want to buy a good quality protein powder. Some clean brands I
recommend are Genuine Health (vegan), Sun Warrior (vegan), and Designs for
Health (vegan and whey).
➢ You will also want to buy a nice 28 oz blender bottle with stainless steel blender
ball so that you can make two batches of shakes at one time with ease (without
the need of a high-speed blender). You can find one on amazon:

Week 1 Detoxifying Supportive-Habits: Learn about 8 Self-Care Energizing Habits, and
implement them throughout your program.
Week 2 Whole Foods Plan: Learn about the nutrition in whole foods, and how to “add in”
whole foods.
Week 3 Detoxifying when busy: Learn how to plan and prepare whole foods detoxifying meals
around a busy schedule
Week 4 Decongesting the mind: Learn how it is just not about exercise and food, but how your
mind is crucial in the detoxification process
Directions to maximize detoxification results:
• Incorporate smoothies from the provided recipes daily!
• At the end of each module, there is “my plan” section where you are guided to create
an action plan to incorporate what you have learned into your daily lives.
• Take advantage of the Facebook group. This is a place where you can meet new people
and gain insight from others who’s in the same program as you.
• E-mail me or online text chat with me if you want quick answers to your questions
