                                                      Jayde Lisk

                    Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
                    Location: London Office

Jayde has recently joined the team at NRP as an Assistant
Quantity Surveyor in our London office.
Her career in construction began over 5 years ago in New
Zealand after going straight from school into a Trainee Quantity
Surveying role. Her interest in construction began long before
that with her Dad and many other relations working in the
industry. Originally wanting to be involved within the design and
architectural side, an opportunity arose to become a Quantity
Surveyor and sparked some interest and has now led to a great career path.

Jayde appreciates the many opportunities within the construction industry. She
enjoys having worked on a wide range of projects from residential, commercial, civil
and industrial around New Zealand and now having the chance to move overseas
and work within the UK industry. Although Construction may be a male dominated
industry, she believes there are still an amplitude of opportunities to females. If you
are capable of a job, gender should not matter. It’s all about contributing as part of
a team to create a good outcome for each project.

                                                   Maryam Saad

                    Title: Graduate Traffic Engineer
                    Location: London Office

Coming from an Engineering and Urban Design background,
Maryam has joined the NRP traffic and transportation team as a
                    Graduate Engineer.

The team aims to improve many of London’s districts through
developing traffic schemes that support social, economic and
environmental vitality to reflect the high-quality character of the
destinations and offer pleasant public realm amenities.

Since then, she has been rapidly gaining experience in the
application of traffic modelling software as well as learning how to make detailed
measurements and analysis of traffic behaviour in order to obtain data for model
calibration. Maryam is a proficient user of AutoCAD and is learning the key skills
required to develop traffic scheme designs under the close supervision of NRP’s
                    expert traffic engineering team.
