                                                   Abstract

                    The purpose of this cross sectional descriptive study was to investigate level of learning
            organization in village health volunteer and factors related to learning organization in village health
            volunteer. The population was 79 village health volunteers in Tumbol Banthakway health promotion
            hospital. Item to objective congruence (IOC) was used for content validity ranging from 0.66 to
            1.00. The Conbach’s alpha coefficient was used for reliability of working motivation, working climate
            and learning organization were 0.87, 0.88 and 0.95 respectively. Descriptive statistics and Simple
            linear regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results were as follows : The total score

            of learning organization was at the moderate level. The dimension of organization was rated at
            high level. The dimension of people was rated at high level. Knowledge, technology and learning
            were rated at the moderate level respectively. Working motivation and working climate were
            positively significant related to learning organization at .05. The results suggested that the
            authoritarian should continuously promote the three dimensions of knowledge, technology and
            learning. Technology skill should be enhanced especially. Working motivation and working climate
            should be the most concerned.
