ABSTRACT

This research is action research. The aim was to study the model of health system following
development for sub-district health village management by village’s participations in Naruang sub-

district, Nayia district, Ubonratchathani province. The study was conducted in 9 villages of, Naruang
sub-district, on 90 people who were representatives of people’s health teams. Data were collected
using a questionnaire, indepth interview, focus group discussions and observation . Data were
analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation ( t–test). And content analysis
of the qualitative data (Triangulation).

The results showed that, there are seven stages 7 stages: 1) learning and engaging
problems and plan solutions, 2) management and strategic planning, participatory, 3) the development

of empowered, vocal health, 4) the creation and development of the network, 5) empowerment
of the community through joint efforts, 6) building healthy communication system 7) Surveillance
health behaviors in the community. Such processes lead to changes in health knowledge. Participation
and increase the operational difference statistically significant (p<0.05). The results from these
processes were an increase in the knowledge and participation of the participant that had affect
on the health system development evaluation.

In summary, the key success factors are enhancing the knowledge and develop the
capacity of community health leaders. And establish the involvement of health leaders at all stages

in the implementation process.
