Right interconnect valve will remain as-is. Valve position
ACAWS message not functional.
FIRE/SMK
NORM Fuel balancing should be done through use of the fuel
transfer vice crossfeed operations to minimize possibility

failed open. If valve is failed closed, fuel dumping from
right wing must be done with cross-ship valve open.
Total fuel dump rate capability reduced. ENG/PROP

HYDRAULIC ENGINE PUMPS (No. 4) switch inoperative FUEL
(OFF light indicates switch position only).
Normal aileron and elevator emergency trim inoperative.
AAR
Fuel, hydraulic and oil shutoff valves for engine 4 will
remain as-is (will not close if FIRE handle is pulled).
SPEC NOT FOR FLIGHT ELEC
Degraded mission capability due to loss of primary ICS
system. Use GHC for VHF 1/UHF 1 communication and
925 1$9$,' LGHQWL¿FDWLRQ $XUDO WRQHV DQG 6SHFLDO
Alerts cannot be heard. Monitor ACAWS and displays HYD
for aircraft status.
VHF 1/UHF 1 secure voice failed. FLT CTRL
Exterior lighting degraded. Left landing light failed, covert
formation lights failed and navigation light dimming
failed. GEAR
