                         1.12.4 CONTROLLABILITY CHECK

                         A controllability check is conducted to determine the minimum safe
                         airspeed to maintain during approach and landing. If suspected or

                         the following procedure should be used as necessary to determine the
                         extent of the damage and controllability for landing. Maintain careful
