PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
The GOJO project team (Pit Crew) worked for 6 months over and above their core
responsibilities to support the project which involved creating a theme, executing it
and planning the event with each member taking responsibility for the multiple
deliverable s to assure the event was successful. This required each of them to
demonstrate leadership competencies to deliver these favorable results.

The team also had to demonstrate true collaboration to meet our project goals and
make this the successful event that resulted. First and foremost, we had the
financial support of our team Sponsor, Michele Cerminaro, without her generosity
we could not have participated, and participation is how the Charity was funded.
Secondly, the day was a fun filled family event with games for the kids and GOJO
give-ways for the community. All of this added up to a positive reflection of GOJOs
culture of Social Responsibility and Leadership.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Not only did the team work amazingly collaborative, they worked above and beyond
there already heavy workload to make meeting the project goals a reality. The team
spent 6 months planning the event, as well as invested a great deal of their time in
executing the actual event on Race day (July 14th, 2017). Everyone had an
important part to play to make this event successful and each member of the "Pit
Crew" delivered!

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Team results:
? True Team collaboration and positive demonstration of the GOJO culture
? Support Local United Way Charity
? Event Day Outcome: PLACED 1st Place in Design competition & 6th in Race
competition (Out of 15 participating local companies)
? Project was executed On-Time & Under Budget
? Wrote and article to share outcomes with Enterprise for the GOJO HANDPRINT
