This team traveled up to 3 times a week, sometimes last minute, to Wooster. Team
worked efficiently and effectively to get CL1 up and running. Team took time to
train supervisors and employees at Wooster on all the CNS functions.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Team traveled to and from Wooster multiple times a week. They worked in all
weather conditions to get the line validated to manufacture product. Also, this team
worked together to get all the kinks worked out and the SOP written correctly.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Team got the line validated in a timely manner. Wooster employees were trained
properly and safely. CL1 is now producing product.
