Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
I have had the privilege of watching Dewitt grow from his days as a temporary employee loading empty drums
onto a trailer into one of the top environmental compliance champions in the Enterprise, embodying the spirit of
a Lifelong Learner.
Dewitt's strongest competency is Adding Skills and Capabilities. He eagerly learns new skills and capabilities
to improve for the future of himself and the Enterprise. He makes learning new skills and capabilities a high
priority and is better skilled at the end of each year than he was at the beginning.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Dewitt is always seeking to learn new things to help him complete his duties at GOJO and to better understand
the roles of others to determine how he might collaborate better with them. Another of Dewitt's strengths is his
confidence to acknowledge when he does not know something and seek guidance to learn and grow.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Dewitt has elevated environmental compliance and Sustainable Ways of Working at GOJO Wooster Campus.
