       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       There is no established label control process at Plant 1060 (Wooster Campus) to
       meet GMP requirements/FDA regulations.  Labels are often being transported to
       Plant 1060 from Plant 1000 without accompanying paperwork, and by currier
       transport.

       A small cross functional team was established and given a 5 week time frame to
       meet all deliverables provided by the sponsor.  The team worked swiftly to identify
       all current challenges associated with supply of labels to the Wooster facility.  The
       team utilized previous learning's from the Lippman Campus LCC and FDA audits to
       rectify the identified challenges.


       The team completed the project within the truncated 5 week timeline and met all
       deliverables.

       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
        While most teams are cross functional, this cross functional team also crossed
        campuses. With members from Wooster Campus, Lippman Campus and Plaza the
        team worked together to seamlessly revise/create procedures and affect change
        throughout the Wooster Supply Chain.

        This cross-functional team with highly motivated team members adjusted to various
        schedule changes, as well as, handled roadblocks in a timely and constructive
        manner.

       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
        Capital request completed, submitted and approved in a timely manner in order to
        purchase a pharmaceutical grade counting table.  Gage R&R conducted on an older
        model for the interim time period.
        IT help tickets submitted for CAT5 drops (PC/phone, Zebra printers, scanner/copier,
        and badge access reader)
        All required equipment and supplies ordered (shelving, carts/cages, printers, totes,
        chairs, tables, radio, badge reader, etc.)
        Physical space setup and organized for control and maintenance of labels, which
        included creating appropriate storage locations of all labels needed for CL1 and
        processes tested in SAP QAS.
        Master Data set up in SAP for CL1 labels (put away strategy and MRP)
