Will decreases the amount of down time by efficiently running his equipment as well as assisting others with
theirs. He is confident in his abilities and it shows with the way he's able to take corrective action and
troubleshoot.

Will is a dependable team player who puts forth 100% effort on a daily basis. He's competent in his skill in
which he requires little to no supervision. He's a solid anchor and a pleasure to work with.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
When having the privilege to work with Will, the line runs smoothly. He stays one step ahead by anticipating
and preparing for whatever may happen. I've had the opportunity to run "green" when Will was part of my crew.
